About Crystal

I'm Crystal Nicole Johnson. Atlanta-based Meta ads strategist, Master Certified Coach, mom, founder of CJ & Co Creative. I've spent the last five years inside ad accounts for women-led businesses, first as an agency strategist, now running a boutique studio of my own. I'm building toward something bigger than just an agency, but the agency is the foundation.

I'm currently writing my first book, Your Million Dollar Year, and developing a Substack and podcast called Hold the Phone. The work I do here, building paid programs that quietly print, funds the rest.
